Due to the nature of beauty and aesthetic treatments, Inspire 42 LTD operates a strict no-refund policy on completed services.
Deposits
- Deposits are non-refundable)Deposits may be transferred if sufficient notice is given (see cancellation policy below)
How We Use Your Information

- Book and manage appointments
- Provide beauty and aesthetic treatments
- Communicate with you regarding services or enquiries
- Improve our website and services
- Comply with legal obligations
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- At least 24–48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment
- Failure to provide notice may result in loss of the deposit
Unsatisfactory Results
We aim for complete client satisfaction. If you are unhappy with a treatment:
- You must inform us within 48 hours
- We may offer a correction or follow-up treatment where appropriate
- Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction alone
Prepaid Packages
- Prepaid treatments or packages are non-refundable
- They may be transferable at our discretion
Medical Contraindications
If a treatment cannot proceed due to undisclosed medical conditions:
- No refund will be issued
- Rescheduling may be offered depending on circumstances
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered in rare and exceptional cases at the sole discretion of Inspire 42 LTD.
