Due to the nature of beauty and aesthetic treatments, Inspire 42 LTD operates a strict no-refund policy on completed services.

Deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable)Deposits may be transferred if sufficient notice is given (see cancellation policy below)

How We Use Your Information

  • Book and manage appointments
  • Provide beauty and aesthetic treatments
  • Communicate with you regarding services or enquiries
  • Improve our website and services
  • Comply with legal obligations

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • At least 24–48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment
  • Failure to provide notice may result in loss of the deposit

Unsatisfactory Results

We aim for complete client satisfaction. If you are unhappy with a treatment:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours
  • We may offer a correction or follow-up treatment where appropriate
  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction alone

Prepaid Packages

  • Prepaid treatments or packages are non-refundable
  • They may be transferable at our discretion

Medical Contraindications

If a treatment cannot proceed due to undisclosed medical conditions:

  • No refund will be issued
  • Rescheduling may be offered depending on circumstances

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in rare and exceptional cases at the sole discretion of Inspire 42 LTD.
